This guide provides a system for reporting on the condition of concrete in service. It includes a check list of the many details that may be considered in making a report, and repeats the ACI 116 standard definitions of terms associated with the durability of concrete. Its purpose is to establish a uniform system for evaluating the condition of concrete. The guide was revised by a task group chaired by K.R. Lauer. The other task group members are indicated by an asterisk.
