These proceedings, Hydraulic Engineering '94, contain summaries of the papers presented at the 1994 National Conference on Hydraulic Engineering, held in Buffalo, New York, August 1-5, 1994. The overall Conference theme dealt with the quantification of human impacts on our water resources.
