The Glossary of Mapping Sciences, a joint publication of the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping (ACSM), American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS), and American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), contains approximately 10,000 terms that cover the broad professional areas of surveying, mapping and remote sensing.
