This report describes a laboratory and field evaluation to determine the effectiveness of Ice Ban anit-icing/deicing products in snow removal and ice control operation on roacs. Field demonstrations conducted by eight state transportation agencies are summarized, and the effects of the ice control agent on highway structures and vehicles are assessed.
