The ISO 9001:2008 Basics…What Employees Need to Know video training program is designed to give companies a training tool for introducing the ISO 9001 standard to a wide range of employees. This video is based on the latest update to the ISO 9001 standard and replaces our earlier ISO 9000 Basics video training program — our most popular video. Our earlier video was reviewed by members of the ISO Technical Committee responsible for the rewrite of ISO 9001 and although they were unanimous in affirming its consistency with ISO 9001:2008 we have updated and expanded the video to make it an even better value for in-house training.

A special feature of this new video is an added section with a more detailed explanation of the more relevant sub-clauses contained in Sections 4 through 8 of ISO 9001:2008. While the requirements are discussed in general terms earlier in the video, this section focuses on the concepts having greater applicability to employees and their commitment to an organization's quality system.

In addition to the 35 minute video, the package includes a Learning Guide which follows the text of video, extracts key points, gives viewers space for taking notes, and has a quiz to test viewer's retention of material (extra copies of Learning Guide can be bought).

This is an excellent tool to reinforce the basic understanding of your employees to this updated standard.
