The new FATE 5 software takes the guess-work out of groundwater modeling by deriving calibrated decay-rate parameters based on actual site data, not literature values.

FATE 5 is an easy-to-use data evaluation tool that calibrates the Domenico analytical groundwater model to actual measured plume concentrations. Decay-rate values from the calibrated model can than be used in the RBCA Spreadsheet System or the BIOSCREEN model to evaluate long-term risks and predict plume attenuation rates.

• Built-In Chemical Database -- Contains chemical/toxicological parameters on over 50 chemicals
• Plume Stability Condition -- Evaluates plume stability condition (stable vs. expanding) based on comparative steady-state and transient runs of Domenico groundwater mode
