This Standard Practice overs nominal size 1/8 through 8 straight and reducing size wrought copper solder joint seamless fittings, designed for use with copper water tube, ASTM B 88, at pressures and temperatures shown in Table A1.
The fittings in this Standard Practice have dimensions and ratings not covered in ASME B16.22.
Included in this Standard Practice are: pressure-temperature ratings; abreviations for end connections; size and method of designating openings and fittings; marking; materials; dimensions and tolerances; and tests.
