the Author
Richard Bechtold has over 20 years of experience with alternative
fuels, including involvement in vehicle modification to use the
fuels and work on the design and installation of refueling facilities.
His experience includes underground and above-ground methanol refueling
systems, compressed natural gas refueling systems, the Maryland
Mass Transit Administration liquefied natural gas refueling system,
and the Greater Richmond Transit Company electric bus recharging
facility.
