ORDER PROCESSING

International Library Service is proud to be one of the fastest order processing and shipping centers on the internet. In some cases, orders are processed just minutes after the order is placed. If you need to change or cancel your order you must contact us immediately.

RETURN POLICY

Please, review our RETURN POLICY before placing your order,
or before attempting to return an order.

1. All returns must be in good condition. All returns must be pre-authorized. No returns will be authorized after 30 days of invoice date.

2. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless the wrong publication was shipped. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

3. No returns at all can be accepted for CD-ROMs, software, International publications (such as CASTI, DIN, ISO, EN, etc), special orders of books and standards not listed on normas.com, unbound (loose leaf) and electronic books/standards, and publications that have been replaced by a newer editions.

4. No returns will be accepted without a copy of our invoice for the transaction. Returns must be made via a TRACEABLE means: (UPS, FedEx, Registered Mail, or DHL).
